Excellent service. I had issues doing the order on the website and when the shop opened next morning they phoned to help me put order through. Flowers excellent quality - very full Easter bunch. The only recommendation I would make is to put your marketing on the flowers or card. Fresh and beautiful flowers, similar to those in the picture. Delivery without any problems, as in the order. Only there was no contact before the shipment itself, but an email confirming the order details was made right after the order was placed. The parcel contained flowers and chocolates. The cost of delivery and preparation was calculated as one. There were to be two cards with greetings. Solenizita received only one wishes. I recommend it despite small inconsistencies

I ordered flowers for a friend ,who had been recently bereaved and had just returned to work, and due to Covid was unsure if it was possible. Having made the order I received an email informing me that the florist that I had booked wasn't delivering at this time. I replied to the email saying I would cancel the order. I received a phone call from a very pleasant gentleman who told me they had found another florist that would deliver the flowers. I was delighted that I didn't have to cancel the order. My friend was delighted with the flowers.Thankyou so much for everything. First time I ordered with Dublin House of Flowers, I was very impressed, I ordered the basket of flowers and they phoned to let me know they didn't have the exact basket in stock and would it be ok if they used an alternative one. Such an easy and professional service. I wanted to send a surprise bouquet to my mam as I'm living in New York. I found Dublin House of Flowers, Crumlin to have the most beautiful and diverse selection of arrangements. In just a matter of minutes I had the bouquet picked and it was to be delivered the very next day. To be able to do this so simply all the way from New York was just amazing. It made my mother's day!
